Privacy choices

Make a data or privacy request.

You do not need a Turtle AiP account to start a request. We do not charge a fee for exercising a privacy right, except where applicable law permits one for a manifestly unfounded or excessive request.

Email only the details needed to locate your request.

Send an email with the subject “Privacy request” to legal@turtleaip.com. Include your name, preferred reply address, the Turtle AiP service or device involved, and the right you want to exercise.

Do not email medical records, passwords, government identifiers, or detailed health information. If additional verification is necessary, Turtle AiP will arrange appropriate follow-up steps.

What you can request

  • Confirm whether Turtle AiP processes your information and request access.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete personal or consumer health data.
  • Withdraw consent for future collection or sharing.
  • Request the third parties and affiliates that received consumer health data, with their contact information.
  • Appeal a decision on an earlier privacy request.

Identity and authorized agents

Turtle AiP may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity, authority, and the service involved. An authorized agent may submit a request if they provide proof of authorization; Turtle AiP may also ask the person whose data is involved to confirm the request.

Response timing

For a request covered by Washington's My Health My Data Act, Turtle AiP will respond within 45 days after authentication. When reasonably necessary, that period may be extended once by up to 45 additional days with notice explaining the delay. An appeal will be answered within 45 days.

Deletion scope

A covered consumer health data deletion reaches Turtle AiP's network and applicable affiliates, processors, contractors, and other third parties. Subject to lawful exceptions, covered data in backups will be deleted no later than six months after the request is authenticated.

If a request is denied

Reply with “Privacy appeal” in the subject line and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. Washington residents may also contact the Washington State Attorney General.
